  I was quite anxious as I sat in the waiting room prior to my visit with Dr. Ari Moskowitz. However I felt welcomed by the professional staff when Rachel at the front desk helped me complete a couple of medical forms followed by another Rachel who performed x-rays on my mouth to finally sitting in the chair awaiting Dr. Ari's arrival..... Once Dr. Ari arrived, he was quite pleasant and very personable and extremely knowledgeable and quickly began to exam my mouth and he took the time to explain my situation and clearly laid out his plan for the next couple of months.... Once I left the office, I felt committed to following Dr. Ari's plan and I look forward to working with him to get a hold of my dental situation and am confident that Dr. Ari will address all of my concerns....

  I very much liked the doctor and the hygenist, but found the office manager unaccountably surly. After suggesting we go over my treatment plan in the waiting room, which made me uncomfortable, she finally moved us to a counter behind the waiting room door. I objected to items on my treatment plan which did not appear to reflect the consultation and discussion of options the doctor had promised me. I asked for an opportunity to speak with the doctor, acknowledging that it would not be immediate, I said I would be happy with a phone consult. I said I understood the treatment plan but could not sign it before having this discussion with the doctor. The office manager told me that she would first relate our conversation and then allow the doctor to decide if he cared to contact me, but also encourage me to just leave the office and seek treatment elsewhere. I was terribly disappointed, considering the high esteem I held the rest of the staff in, but it seems unlikely to be worth my effort to continue treatment at a facility where the office manager made clear she did not wish for my repeat business.
